    1. "Clove Mystery Pack" handles the shipping of all products (hereinafter "Eligible Products") purchased through our service. We work with trusted carriers and postal services to ensure your items are delivered safely to your address in the United States.
      1. Currently, we can ship to the United States only.
      2. Currently, when using the overseas shipping request service, you will be required to pay 5,000 points that can be used at Clove Mystery Pack as a usage fee. Please note that 5,000 points will not be paid for shipping requests that occur within 24 hours after 5,000 points are paid. However, customs duties, domestic consumption taxes, value added taxes, deposits, fines, surcharges, and other charges are not included. These charges shall be paid by the user who is the consignee.
      3. Due to the regulations of the destination country, some products may not be shippable (for example, if they are classified as prohibited imports). Please make sure to check the import restrictions before using this service. For products that cannot be shipped, we will provide compensation in the form of points.
    2. After the user completes the shipping request, we will process the shipping within 10 to 15 business days in principle.
    3. The following is a guideline for the delivery period depending on the delivery company after the delivery is completed from our company to the delivery company.
      1. For the US: 7-14 days
    4. For products listed as "pre-order" in our product lineup, the shipping process will begin sequentially after the stated release date. Please note that the shipping schedule may change without prior notice due to delays in the product release date or other factors. We appreciate your understanding.

    1. Various services provided by our company when used, the Clove Terms of Service apply. Please be sure to read the full text of the Terms of Service and agree to the Terms of Service before using the site.
    2. The User shall in advance authorize the Company to conclude a delivery contract in the User's name. In addition, our company is not a party to the transportation contract or postal contract (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "delivery contract") for the target product with the delivery company, and we do not accept any liability for delays, loss, theft, damage, etc. in delivery. In the event of an accident, the Company will not be held responsible and will not refund points unless the accident is attributable to the Company.
    3. After the products purchased by the User are shipped by our company, the User shall be primarily responsible for customs clearance and other import/export activities. When using this service, the user shall use this service after confirming that it does not violate the laws and regulations of the importing and exporting countries, including the countries of transit. In addition, in order to provide this service, we may carry out import/export procedures under the user's name.
    4. We will ship the applicable product to the address registered and requested by the user.We are not responsible for any errors in user address registration. In addition, we cannot respond to cancellations after purchasing this service.
    5. Regarding the delivery of eligible products, the international courier transportation terms and conditions and standard motor vehicle transportation terms and conditions (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") established by the delivery company will apply.     6. Depending on the shipping destination country specified by the user, there may be restrictions or actions required by the user, so please check in advance. (The following are examples of restrictions and responses by country.)
      1. In the United States: US military bases, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Utah: Applicable zip codes: 845, 846, 847, POBOX cannot be delivered. please confirm beforehand.
    7. Users are responsible for receiving the applicable products at their registered overseas shipping destination. If the Company incurs costs or damages as a result of the User not receiving the Target Product, the User shall compensate for these. In addition, the Company shall not be held responsible for any disadvantages (including, but not limited to, return shipping costs, opportunity losses, etc.) caused by the User not being able to receive the Target Product.
    8. Our company may change or abolish the content of this service at any time without prior notice. We will not be held responsible for any disadvantage or damage caused to users due to changes or abolition.
